How to Connect the Thermal Receipt Printer and the Cash Drawer

Thermal Receipt Printer is connected to the cash drawer with an RJ11 cord. Simply plug the cord into both ports on the printer and cash drawer, and you're good to go.

Paper Compatibility and Replacement

Our direct thermal printer is compatible with most 80mm Thermal Receipt Paper on the market. If you're unsure about the compatibility, we're happy to advise on a specific brand.

When the paper roll runs out, the printer will beep and the red light will flash to indicate that it's time to replace the roll. Once the paper is replaced, the content printing should automatically resume.
